We offer refunds for online purchases returned within 7 days of delivery. Please note, customers are responsible for return shipping costs and associated restocking fees. 

Items with manufacturing defects, returned in their original packaging, will also be refunded. 

Unfortunately, used or opened items are non-refundable. 

To process your refund, please include a copy of your original invoice and return the item in its original condition.

Shipping Providers
Orders are fulfilled via Australia Post, Couriers Please, Aramex and TGE. All shipments include a tracking number, which can be monitored, and we are available to assist with tracking inquiries.

Orders are dispatched Monday to Friday, typically within 24 hours of purchase.

International Orders
International orders are fulfilled via Australia Post. Please note that international shipments may be subject to local duties and taxes. If you refuse a shipment, you will be responsible for the original shipping charges, any import fees, and return shipping costs, which will be deducted from your refund.
